Privacy Policy
Corexis collects no data. What you enter stays on your iPhone unless you choose to share it.
The app
Corexis has no accounts, ads, analytics, tracking or crash-reporting tools, and it doesn't send your data to us or anyone else. Its App Store privacy label will read "Data Not Collected".
Your dates, routine, sessions, pad logs, milestones, streaks and notes are stored only on your iPhone, shared only with the Corexis widget on the same iPhone. We can't see any of it.
Reminders are created on your iPhone. Scan Text and dictation are Apple features; Corexis receives only the resulting text.
Backups
If you create a backup file, you choose where it goes. It isn't encrypted, so keep it somewhere private. If your iPhone backs up to iCloud or a computer, that backup includes Corexis data, under Apple's terms.
Deleting your data
In Corexis, go to Settings > Data > Erase all data, or delete the app. This can't remove backup files you've saved elsewhere or existing iPhone backups.
Apple
Any purchase is handled by Apple. We never receive your payment details. Apple gives us download and sales totals, and crash reports only from people who chose to share them with developers. If you test an early version through TestFlight, Apple shares your tester name and feedback with us.
If you email us
We receive your email address and message, use them only to reply, and delete them once your question is handled. Our email is hosted by Google (Google Workspace). This inbox isn't for medical questions, so please don't send health details.
To keep your own address private, you can write from an alias. On iPhone, use Hide My Email (part of iCloud+): go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Hide My Email and create an address that forwards to your inbox. We'll reply to the alias, and you can turn it off at any time.
This website
No cookies, analytics or tracking. Our host, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses in server logs to deliver and protect the site.
Your rights
You control your app data in the app. For emails we hold, you can ask us to see, correct or delete them. In the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority, such as the UK ICO.
We rely on our legitimate interest in answering messages and running this website. Our email and hosting providers may process data outside your country under standard safeguards. We don't sell or share personal information.
Children
Corexis is for adults and isn't directed to children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above.
